MARRIAGE12 February 1905The Bolerjacks were neighbors with the James Sloan family who had two sons Oscar and Eddie. Oscar began dating Jodie Bolerjack (B2B1A8) and Eddy began dating Lucy. Oscar and Jodie married and had a child, but Jodie soon died, leaving Oscar with a small child to care for. He took the child back to his father-in-law's house. In the meantime, Lucy and Eddie were engaged to be married. However, Eddie was hurt. He died and was buried on what was to be their wedding day. As Oscar continued to come visit his daughter at the Bolerjack home, he also started seeing Lucy.
